All children with disabilities three through twenty-one parentally placed in a private school located in Jones County, North Carolina, regardless of the severity of their disability, and who are in need of special education and/or related services, are identified, located, and evaluated.

A practical method has been developed and implemented in Jones County Public Schools to determine which children are currently receiving needed special education and/or related services or those children suspected to be in need of special education and/or related services.
