Jones Senior High School will be operating via remote learning on Friday 11/20, through Wednesday 11/25. Students will return to the building on Monday, November 30th after the Thanksgiving Holiday. Please know this is a precautionary measure due to the positive test of a staff member at Jones Senior High School. At this point, any student or staff member whom we are concerned may have had an exposure will be notified directly concerning this situation. We respect and are required to maintain privacy of our students’ and staff members’ medical records. We work closely with our public health partners who are leading our community’s efforts to keep all citizens safe and healthy and be assured we are following all public health protocols. Please know that during this time our building will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to return of students and staff. We appreciate your consideration with this and know that in all situations student and staff health is our foremost concern. We are being exceedingly cautious in order to protect the health of each student, staff member, parent and our community. Ben Thigpen, Ed.D. Superintendent
