Joseph Noble
Principal of Trenton Elementary School
Introducing Joseph Noble, the new Principal of Trenton Elementary School! With an impressive 28 years of experience in education, Joseph holds a B.S. in Extension Education and B.S. in Agriculture Education from N.C. State, along with a Master of Science Education from North Carolina A & T and a Master of School Administration from ECU. His expertise as a Curriculum and Instructional Specialist, combined with his National Board for Professional Teaching Standards certification, make him a true educational leader. We are excited to have him on board, bringing his passion and dedication to empower our students for a brighter future.
Monica Ruffin
Assistant Principal of Jones Senior High School
Ms. Monica Ruffin holds twelve years of experience as a classroom teacher and curriculum specialist. For the past two years, Ms. Ruffin has served as an Assistant Principal at a K-8 school. Her educational background involves an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from North Carolina Central University and a master's degree from East Carolina University in Elementary Education. Ms. Ruffin also obtained a K-12 Principal's License from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Ms. Ruffin was selected to participate in the NC Future Ready Leader 22-23 cohort with other assistant principals across the state of NC.
